I direct the iWell Lab at Augsburg University, where I work with a team of students on research focused on the intersection of identity, culture, and well-being. Our current research interests include mental health and well-being among military members; social networking and online communities; social identity development; health psychology; and innovative psychological interventions. We integrate different sub-disciplines of psychology (clinical-counseling, cultural, social-personality, developmental) and employ quantitative and qualitative research methods.
