We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Preferred One insurance plans. For other plans, your insurance provider may reimburse you for all or part of my fee as an out-of-network provider. Please contact your health insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network benefits. You should ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits and deductible.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, including HSA and flex spending cards. Payment is required on the day of service. Our services are available at a discounted fee for those with financial need (based on annual income and family size).

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, we are required to provide individuals who do not have insurance or are not seeking to file a claim with their insurance plan a good faith estimate of expected charges. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your good faith estimate you may dispute your bill.
